Updated over a week ago

This article provides an overview of student and lesson statuses tailored for teachers using our platform. Understanding these statuses enables teachers to effectively manage their teaching schedules and student engagements.

Student Statuses

  • Student: This status indicates individuals who have lessons in their package and regularly attend classes. They are most commonly seen on your list of students.

  • SNC (Student, Not active): This status applies to individuals who have not attended lessons in one of their courses for at least two weeks. You can encourage them to schedule lessons through messages.

  • Alumni: Alumni are students who no longer have lessons in their package and have not attended a lesson for at least two weeks. Alumni cannot schedule new lessons. If a student does not renew their package within 60 days of their last lesson, the course will be archived.

  • OWF (Onboarding Finished Waiting): This status is for individuals who have completed the onboarding process, including tests and assignment of a teacher. If they still have this status on their account, please let us know as it might be an error

  • Freeze: This status is assigned to students who have decided to take a break from lessons and will not schedule any sessions for the time being. However, it is anticipated that the student will return to learning, and typically, there will be information indicating the duration of the break alongside their course details. Understanding these statuses enables teachers to effectively manage their teaching schedules and student engagements.

Lesson Statuses

  • Scheduled: A lesson that is properly planned and arranged.

  • Finished: A lesson that has been concluded. The "finished" status also applies to lessons that have been canceled by the student less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancelled: This status applies to lessons that have been canceled. It includes all cancellations made by the student more than 24 hours before the scheduled time as well as cancellations made by you as the teacher. Late cancellations are also included in this list. Canceled lessons cannot be rescheduled.

  • Pending: A lesson that is awaiting confirmation. These are lessons that a student has tentatively reserved but has not yet paid for. If the lessons are not paid for by the student within 24 hours before the scheduled date, they are automatically canceled.
