What do you need?
Situation | What to do |
When can I submit my invoice? | From the 3rd working day of the next month. |
Error "no commissions to settle" | It's too early. Try again from the 3rd working day of the month. |
Upload fails – the amount doesn't match | The invoice amount must be exactly the same as Total Salary in the Salary tab. |
I don't know if I need to send invoices | Write to [email protected]. |
When will I be paid? | By the 10th of the month. See Salary & payments. |
When to submit
If you are self-employed (business contract), you need to send us an invoice every month before we can pay you. Submit it in the Invoices tab – don't send it by e-mail.
Submit your invoice for a month from the 3rd working day of the next month. Earlier, you'll see the error "no commissions to settle" – the month isn't closed yet.
Payment is sent by the 10th of the month.
Always invoice in the currency shown in your Salary tab.
Example: for lessons taught in September, submit your invoice from the 3rd working day of October. Payment is sent by 10 October.
Add your invoice details
Before your first invoice, add your address and the details of the business that issues your invoices. If you invoice through a business incubator, enter the incubator's details.
Self-employed in Poland? Select your VAT exemption:
VAT exemption for teaching services, or
VAT exemption for businesses with annual income below 200,000 PLN.
Click Submit to save.
Option 1: Generate your invoice (recommended)
Open the Invoices tab and click Generate Invoice.
Check the months included and the Total Salary Amount – it covers all unpaid months.
You don't need to list courses or lessons. If you need extra information for your own taxes, add it in the comments – it will appear on the invoice.
Click Submit. The finance team receives it straight away.
You'll get the invoice by e-mail. Record it in your bookkeeping exactly as generated – don't issue a second invoice in your own tool.
Option 2: Upload your own invoice
Use this only if you must issue invoices in your own tool (for example through a business incubator).
Open the Invoices tab and click Upload Invoice.
Enter the Total Invoice Amount – it must match Total Salary in the Salary tab exactly, or the upload fails.
Upload the invoice as a PDF and click Submit.
