1. Common Errors &amp; Quick Fixes

1. Sign out of your Oxford/Pearson account completely.
2. Open the coursebook in an Incognito / Private tab using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
3. Disable all AdBlockers (AdBlock, uBlock) or VPN extensions for the site, as they prevent pop-up windows from opening.

"Cannot grant for materials because there are not enough licenses":

- Our licenses are shared among teachers. If another teacher is currently using the same book, the system might block access temporarily.
- Action: If your lesson starts in less than 15 minutes, contact support via the chat immediately so we can grant access. Otherwise, wait until the previous teacher finishes their class.

Wrong Book Opening / Access Denied:

- Verify that you are logged into the correct external account assigned to that specific book level (see credentials below).

- "Book not found" or Blank Window:
