1. Individual Courses (1-to-1)
Verify Room & Time: Double-check the date and time slot. Always launch the lesson directly from your teacher dashboard.
Contact the Student: Send a quick message via the platform Messages to check if they are joining.
Mandatory Attendance Requirement: You MUST stay logged into the classroom for the entire duration of the session. Disconnecting early will prevent the system from validating your presence, resulting in a loss of payment for the no-show.
If the Student Arrives Late: Conduct the remainder of the lesson, but finish strictly on time as originally scheduled. You are not required to extend the lesson past the end time.
If the Student Never Arrives (No-Show): Keep the planned lesson topic for your next session. You will receive full payment as long as you remained logged into the classroom for the entire duration.
2. Group Courses
Stay Logged In for full scheduled time: You must stay logged into the classroom for the full time, even if 0 students show up. This is required to receive payment for the group class.
Late Arrivals: If students join late, finish the lesson on time as scheduled.
Zero Attendance: If no students show up, the lesson objective has not been met. Move the planned topic to the next session.
3. Student Late Cancellations (<12 Hours Notice)
12-Hour Rule: Rescheduling or waiving a class with less than 12 hours' notice is not permitted by policy.
System Status Check: If the student cancels in their panel, the status on your dashboard will update to "canceled by the student in less than 12h". You can safely ignore notifications for this status, you do not need to log in, and you will be paid in full.
Direct Student Requests: If a student asks you via chat to cancel or move the lesson with less than 12 hours' notice, instruct them to cancel via their own account. Do not cancel the class from your panel, as this may trigger a teacher deduction.

Use these ready-made messages to send via platform chat:
Checking in on a late student (5-10 mins in):
PL: "Cześć! Czekam na Ciebie w pokoju lekcyjnym. Czy uda Ci się dzisiaj dołączyć do zajęć?"
ENG: "Hi! I am waiting in our classroom. Will you be able to join our lesson today?"
Explaining the <12h cancellation policy:
PL: "Niestety zmiana terminu lekcji na mniej niż 12 godzin przed zajęciami nie jest możliwa. Proszę o odwołanie lekcji z poziomu Twojego panelu ucznia."
ENG: "Unfortunately, rescheduling a lesson with less than 12 hours' notice is not permitted by policy. Please proceed with canceling the lesson directly from your student panel."
