Lesson bonuses
Your lesson bonuses are set in your contract, so they can be different for each teacher. You can see them in your Salary tab under Bonuses.
Depending on your contract, they can include for example:
Individual bonus – an extra percentage for individual lessons, which often starts only from a set lesson in a course (for example from the 10th lesson with the same student). The lessons before that are paid at your base rate.
Group, kid, teen or young adult bonus – an extra percentage for these course types.
Evening bonus – an extra percentage for evening lessons.
Progressive bonus – an extra percentage when you teach more hours in a month.

Bonuses appear in your Salary tab for the month in which the lesson was finished.
Bonus missing?
Write to us in the chat and include:
the lessons (date, course, length),
which bonus each lesson should get,
how much you expected in total.
We check it and add any missing amount to your salary.

Your bonus:
250 PLN (or the same in your currency) when your colleague starts teaching,
another 250 PLN when they complete 100 teaching hours.
The bonus appears in your Salary tab under Extra payments.
