When you get paid
Your salary for a month is sent by the 10th of the next month.
If you are self-employed, we pay after you submit your invoice (from the 3rd working day of the month) – see Invoices.
The money can take a few more days to arrive, depending on your bank.
Minimum payment: 100 EUR (or the same in PLN, USD or GBP). If you earn less, we add it up and pay you when you reach 100 EUR – international transfers cost money and would eat into small amounts. If you'd like a smaller amount paid anyway, request it from [email protected] by the 10th.
Example: if you earn 35 EUR a month, you'll be paid after 3 months.

Your Salary tab
Click your avatar in the top-left corner and open the Salary tab. It always opens on the current month – switch to the previous month to see what you'll be paid for.
Base rates – your rate for a 60-minute individual lesson and a 90-minute group lesson. Lessons of other lengths are paid pro rata (a 30-minute individual lesson = half the 60-minute rate; a 60-minute group lesson = two-thirds of the 90-minute rate).
Basic salary – all lessons finished in the month, by type.
Bonuses – extra amounts for lessons that qualify for a bonus. Click the i icon to see which lessons.
Deductions – late cancellations and no-shows. Each deduction equals your payment for that lesson.
Extra payments – other payments, for example for lessons cancelled because of a platform outage.
Total Salary – what you'll be paid for the month.
Payment methods
We can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or Payoneer, in PLN (if you live or have a bank account in Poland), EUR, USD or GBP. International transfers have fees – choose the cheapest option for you. You choose the method when you sign your contract. To change it, write to [email protected].
Payoneer users must request a payment in Payoneer every month.
Registration at Payoneer
Payoneer is a quick and easy solution to receiving payments worldwide.
As a Payoneer user, you will get an ATM Debit card that has the Mastercard logo and can withdraw the funds at any ATM that accepts Mastercard.
In addition, you can withdraw funds directly to your local banking account.
Go to https://www.payoneer.com to begin the sign-up process (optionally, you may follow this link to register and earn a $25 bonus after receiving at least $1000 (or the equivalent in other currency in payments).
Fill out the required details and attach a government-issued ID such as a Passport, Driver’s license, or a National ID.
As soon as the application is approved, you will receive confirmation that your card will be delivered. The entire application process, from signing up online to receiving the card, generally only takes a few business days.
Please, note that if you want to avoid an additional commission you should order an EURO currency card. You may certainly bill Fluentbe in USD, but this way you will have to pay approximately 3% of the total amount.
Once you have received the card, activate it and start receiving payment from anywhere around the world!
Before you receive your salary from Fluentbe, you need to request a payment through Payoneer.
Request Payoneer Payment
If you have opted for Payoneer payments as your preferred method with Fluentbe, it's important to note that you will need to request a payment every month.
Follow the instructions below to learn how to proceed with Payoneer.
Once you have activated your card/cards, you are ready to request a payment.
If you bill Fluentbe in USD, ensure that you select "Individual" when requesting payment.
If you bill Fluentbe in EURO, make sure to select "Company". You can use a reliable currency converter for reference.
